Submission Instructions

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically by October 2, 2026, 11:59pm U.S. Pacific Time. DCC observes the IEEE policy on confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.

The paper-submission system for DCC2027 will be available starting in September 2026.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
