Food

The guest-services directory lists places to eat. There is also a small grocery store at the Snowbird Center. Room service is available.

Internet

Wireless internet is provided in the Cliff Lodge, in both the event room and in guest rooms.

Skiing

You can ski at both Snowbird or Alta—Alta is just a short (and free) bus ride further up the canyon. Tickets for both ski areas may be purchased online or in person at the ticket windows (at Snowbird, tickets may be purchased at Level 1 of the Cliff Lodge or at the Snowbird Center; ask for the DCC discount for both tickets and equipment rental). Additionally, one can purchase a ticket good for both Snowbird and Alta permitting skiing between the two areas throughout the day.

Beginner Skiers

The Chickadee lift outside the Cliff Lodge is free for hotel guests. The Albion area at Alta offers great beginner skiing; it is the second bus stop entrance at Alta when coming from Snowbird.

Cross Country Skiing

Inquire at the Cliff Lodge front desk and at the Albion area at Alta.

Swimming and Jacuzzi

There is an outdoor pool and jacuzzi on Level 3.

Cliff Spa

The Cliff Spa includes a rooftop hot tub and lap pool, a relaxing solarium, a full-service salon, a eucalyptus steam room, a dry sauna, a yoga room, and extensive cardiovascular and training equipment. For DCC attendees registered as overnight guests, access to the Cliff Spa is discounted 50% (and the daily access fee is waived with the purchase of select treatments), yoga classes are at no additional charge, and there is 20% off select spa treatments. Minimun age 16.

Tram Rides

Single ride tickets are available for non-skiers to enjoy the spectacular view.

Salt Lake City

You can take the public bus from Snowbird to Salt Lake City. A tour of the central Temple Complex is recommended. The Hogle Zoo is fun for kids.

Day Care

Both Snowbird and Alta have daycare centers.
